Information you submit
The contact form may collect your name, email, organization, inquiry topic and message. Do not submit investment account details, passwords, tax records or other sensitive financial information.
Interactive tools
The current calculators and workplace needs-assessment demonstration operate in your browser. Values and answers entered into them are not submitted to Basic Investor or saved by the website.
Technical information and analytics
Our hosting provider may process standard logs such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps for security, reliability and troubleshooting. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, page views, referral sources and page performance. It is configured as privacy-first analytics and does not use advertising cookies.
Use and service providers
We use inquiry information to respond, assess potential partnerships, correct content and operate the site. Hosting and email-delivery providers may process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information, and the current site does not use advertising cookies.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, business records and legal obligations. No online system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable exceptions, through the contact form.
